away for a week !  Finally, I managed to pack my luggage! I was really running out of space in the luggage so i had to unpack and packed everything into a much bigger luggage, now its much better ! =) Hopefully i didn't forget anything important *checks the list over and over again* We have to be in the airport by 6am tomorrow, that means i'd have to wake up at, say 4.45am ? Of all the days, i just have to come down with flu and a little headache today what a nuisance. Since, the new headmistress had changed the outlook of the school alot. Guess im not used to it, since i've been looking at the school every single day throughout my 11 years of schooling. I just don't feel quite at home anymore. Say, altho she called us little elephants she made us stand and sit like a lady she is extremely fussy when it comes to handwritting and she called me out to the front of the class to Mrs Gracie Tay have been the best-est headmistress to me. I'll always remember her as the lady who wears a big straw hat around the school to do gardening. =) After school, chicken tang actually brought us to the Ketua Polis Johor's house!

Seasons ended their Swensen's ice-cream promotion ! We used to be there every single weekday cause it'd be 50% off all Swensen's ice-cream during lunch hour and now its gone ! so saddening =( Went over to the bus station to fetch his friend who came down from KL, he'll be flying to Sabah with us !! I had a really tough time packing my luggage last night, thinking hard what should i bring and not. In the end, i figured that i should start off by a making a list first.  Packing the luggage didn't turn out to be a success last night as i ended up giving up and calling it a night. Tonight, i Will be flying off the first thing in the morning tomorrow flight time, 7.20am . I thought that it's just gonna be a 45minutes flight, but playmate broke the news to me that its gonna be a 2 hours flight instead. Thank god, i've bought my travel sickness pills since i have car sick. sea sick. air sick. serious case i tell you. ( For those of you who has serious travel sickness, like me, i recomend you to get Novomin ! I used to puke so much whenever im travelling be it air, land or sea and these pills have really helped me alot. Just have to take it 30 minutes before you start travelling, that easy! ) Gonna be meeting up with the girls later, and we're gonna be heading back to school too. To get our original SPM certs and to create some hevoc, maybe ? hehehe.... I've been hearing so much about the changes made in school, just got to see it for myself. Hopefully I'd be able to drop an update by tonight thats if im able to finish packing of course! Do You Know : You need to have your passport with you when you're in Sabah. me love donkey + dragon babies !! I started my Sunday morning with tears while watching the reality tv show, Three Wishes. This programme is just too good to be true, granting the wishes of American kids who deserves it. You guys should really try catching it on channel 5. Movie marathon day! Playmate and i managed to catch two movies together after lunch.  Watched Shrek 3 ! We're so outdated cause we're watching it only now, i know i know when the whole gila Shrek phase is almost over already blah. We absolutely loved the show ! totally worth the time. worth the money. love the soundtrack. We couldn't stop talking and gigling about it even after the show ended, yes it was that good. Definitely giving it * 5 eeyores out of 5 eeyores !! * . Had some ice-creams before catching the second show of the day Ocean's Thirteen !!  The show may be a little draggy at some point , lacking of exciting scenes but overall, i thought that it was pretty entertaining. For this, im giving it * 3.5 eeyores out of 5 eeyores !! * . Calling it a day soon, feeling pretty sleepy already. boring show  He and i ended up falling asleep while he continued watching it all by himself. There was just so much talking in the show, too much that the whole show turned so boring!! See, i don't even remember the title of the movie! * so sorry baby! * I kept bugging him for food after i woke up, like my all-time-favourite phrase " Im hungry until I want to faint already-lah !! ". I guess he tried taking revenge, by feeding me so extremely much during dinner ! " First round, dinner over his place. Second round, we went to Yew's Cafe for western food. Third round, desserts at Secret Recipe. " hah, Beat that !!  I rushed to the weighing machine right after i got home to find that I've put on 2 kgs since i came back for my holidays. shopping !!  I gave playmate the green light to go ahead and check out his "men's section" first, while i was just By the time i paid for my stuff and happily walked out of the shop, he has conquered the whole Wisma Atria and even found out that there's Forever 21 just around the corner of the mall. I thought to myself, " Impossible, did i really take that long just now? " Shopping during the Sales period in Singapore is a supa dupa gila thing i tell you, its so unlike our Malaysia' sale ! They slash and slash all the prices like mad ! and that obviously, made me a very happy little girl at the end of the day. =) The trip today was very relaxing, as the both of us were just clad in shirts and shorts with slippers on looking very simple and comfortable.  We even dared to walk into places like Burberry and Armani Exchange looking like this, but i think i gave the sales person in Burberry the impression that im a filthy rich girl. He took a few tops and bags from the shelf and shoved it all to me, insisting that i must buy it because its on sale. I took a look at one of the top, saw $ 596 (after discount) * eyes wide open * trying to remain composed, took another look at it and passed it back to him " nah but thanks, i think i prefer something a little simpler. " " Sure. But please do come back again, as we will be displaying more items soon. " I pretended to look around a little more before walking out i think my hands were shaking. If im back home in Malaysia, i bet even those RM5 shops won't attend to me even if im purchasing something just because im wearing shorts !! cheh! Anyway, the winner got to be playmate and not me !! monkey + Starbucks + abused An extremely ugly picture, yet got me laughing so hard when i first received it. I resemble a monkey so much here but how often do i actually have a shot with this pose, right. Courtesy of miss Rachael Yow, thanks girl !!  miss monkey.Playmate and I intended to catch the 4pm movie this afternoon but we reached the cinema at 4.15pm instead another day i guess. He suggested having a drink and to just sit around, so we ended up spending more than an hour in Starbucks, sipping mocha. It was all nice just sitting there talking about everything we could. I actually felt a little fuzzy-ness inside me at the end of everything, an extremely nice and warm feeling. =) Its not always that nice tho. We were throwing false punches at each other this afternoon when i got a real punch from him, which he claims that it was "just an accident". * well, i hope so * I ended up with bleeding lips.  My boyfriend Highlight of the day, i drove to playmate's place and fetched him over to my place ! I think this would most probably be his first and last time in my car tho, he looked kindda terrified throughout the whole journey. hah !! a new donkey ! He took the 8.15am bus back home this morning, and reached by lunch time. Playmate is finally back empty handed, without any presents for me! *sigh* And the next best thing, I received IngTai's present today !!  an Eeyore that flew in all the way from US ! round round. I've been feeling pretty uhmm to blog since i got home, lazy. One thing im pretty glad about is that i've actually promised myself to spend more quality time with parents this holiday, and i made it !! So much that im starting to have this little feeling that they're trying to shoo me away so that they can have more time of their own. No one said that its easy trying to be a good daughter, sigh. Oh ya, I've watched Just Follow Law .

( where father works, while mum doesn't. ) Do take note that there are families out there with monthly income less than RM 3,000 per month. Here the calculations start, Electricity and water bill : RM 100 ( without air-con, without home theater, without water heater ) Phone bill (Telekom) : RM 100 Meals for a happy family : RM 775 ( spending RM25/day on 3 meals. *yawns*  The little Singapore trip turned out pretty well. Not that i shopped alot till my parents went broke, but it was more of just sight-seeing with them. =) Thats definitely something i missed most when im in KL, to just spend more time with them. We managed to conquer the whole Orchard Road, i meant all of the malls along Orchard Road, okay. Obviously, my legs hurts supa dupa much now. *ouch* The highlight got to be Zara tho, i almost went crazy in there. Tops which i usually get from them in KL normally costs me around RM75, but they're selling it only for 20 dollars over in Singapore! If you convert, it will only be around RM 40 + and that's the price even before its on sale! I walked out of the shop  Met up with the girls today , had a great time just sitting around and catching up with each other's life. From Dining Room ---> Melodies ---> Kerrys ---> Weiwen's place ---> Secret Recipe. Special thanks to chicky tang for driving me around today, but hey, i was a great company during the ride too....right ? short one. Woke up supa dupa early this morning to send daddy to the airport. Shopping trip with mummy in the afternoon was extremely fruitful !! =) Mum allowed me to drive back home after the shopping trip, with her at the passenger seat of course. How do i start, its just a little something about Acts of Kindness. A little something about my uncle. ( i feel like a seven year old girl being made to write an essay titled ' My Uncle ' now ) He's a little softie, and i don't mean mentally and physically but in the heart. He, who spends his Chinese New Year on the road going around to as many old folks home as he could just to give out red packets and little gifts. He, who spends most of his weekends being extremely involved in all the Red Cross Society. He, who spends his holiday lying on the bed donating blood, and helping around. Just this morning, he received another phone call from the hospital regarding an old folk. Say, a 68 year old man just passed away. He has no family. He has no one. Im just glad despite the fact that the world's turning into a there's still people like him, who is willing to give the old man who has no ties with him, just a decent burial. And nope, my uncle ain't any richie rich at all. He's just a reporter, working for a newspaper company. Uh-huh, and i am definitely proud telling people that he is my uncle and im his niece. =) But i know, its tough being nice these days. You just can't afford to be nice, to be soft the society has changed. randomies in Me.  Say, I can't quite remember when was the last time i experienced a blackout at home. Two years ago, maybe ? Anyway, we had a blackout just now which lasted for about 45 minutes. I passed time flicking through my photo album trying to recall those bitter sweet moments. =) I used to be terrified whenever there's a blackout back then. For sure, I'd end up crying and screaming away for my parents. I don't believe that the neighbours didn't hear me!! But having blackouts back then was rather fun too, cause the four of us would be in the car and daddy would just drive around town, aimlessly. I was clearing my old wardrobe this afternoon, when i stumbled upon something so perfect !! Its definitely going into my luggage and flying to Sabah with me a beach skirt !! I found a yellow one, a red one and a purple one mummy's friend got it for us from Bali, now i remember perfect-o! =) Tomorrow's gonna be a busy busy day. Mummy has booked daddy and I, to stay home and help her wrap rice dumplings (bak-chang) ! Goal : To wrap 70 rice dumplings in a day. Oh well, hopefully I don't mess things up tomorrow. Then maybe i could even give a few to playmate's family tell his mum i made it, and score some points for that! *winks* Eh, just kidding lah !!  I always have problem painting a perfect coat of nail polish it don't usually turn out very nice. Now, im just waiting for playmate. The last time i painted my nails, he actually helped me to fan / huff and puff-ed them till they're totally dry before i painted the second coat on. hair . future. holiday-ay! I have very numb bummies now. *ouch* Spent a whole five hours in Elle Studio today, just doing hair.  I was cold. I was famished. I was bored altho i brought a novel along with me. I became sleepy. I felt like a I was surprised when i managed to walk out of the saloon with both my legs, cause i thought i would have forgotten how to use them anymore. The End Result : Satisfying. Had dinner with parents at Stonegrill, been some time since i last been there. My parents have definitely built up certain reputation there, i guess. The moment we sat down, the waiters know just what they want and how sweet my father would like his drinks to be. I must say, i was pretty impressed. *burst out laughing* My mind's a little bored down with some stuffs now. Firstly, I've decided to switch to a Business degree, im certain about this. Im not too sure how well I'd be able to cope in business, since i was in the science stream back in high school till my foundation studies. But whatever it is, I've chosen this path myself and im happy about it. Worried yes, but am happy and glad too. =) Secondly, nope, i won't be flying to AussieLand to do my first year. Decided. Im happy about it too. =) Supa understanding parents and I have been talking, and we've narrowed down to deciding between two universites which has its own pros and cons.
